Conference Registration Benefits
Author Full Conference – Access to all ICME 2025 technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, tutorials, workshops, and access to the electronic proceedings. Registration may cover up to (2) papers maximum. This includes main conference, workshop, demo, and grand challenge papers. The registrant must appear in the author list for any papers they intend to cover. All papers must be presented in person. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Author Full Conference registration by 25 April 2025. If you need to cover more than two papers, another co-author must register or you must pay the equivalent of another full conference registration fee. Non-Author Full Conference – Access to all ICME 2025 technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, tutorials, workshops, and access to the electronic proceedings.
This registration level does NOT include paper publication. Only Author Full Conference is valid for paper publication. Please note that Banquet Tickets and conference lunches may include an additional cost.
Single Day Registration (Workshops) – Access to all conference sessions only on the selected day, including Workshops & Tutorials (Monday and Friday only), coffee breaks, and access to the electronic proceedings. To attend workshops for multiple days, you need to register for each day separately or register for the Full Conference
Please note: if you registered for the conference, free access to workshops is included. Author Full Conference registration is required to cover workshop papers (up to 2 total, including main conference, workshop, demo, and grand challenge papers).

Student pricing for Author registrations is the same as the non-student price, as they must cover the paper fee

Registration Policies
- Author Full Conference Registration may cover up to 2 papers maximum. This includes the main conference, workshop, demo, and grand challenge papers. The registrant must appear in the author list for any papers they intend to cover. All papers must be presented in person.
- If you need to cover more than two papers, another co-author must register or you must pay the equivalent of another full conference registration fee. For more information, please contact the ICME 2025 Registration Manager (kmanning@conferencecatalysts.com)
- All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For registration fees not covering a paper, a $50 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refund requests will be honored provided the request is received prior to May 30, 2025.
- Authors of accepted main conference papers must register by April 25 for their paper to be included in the proceedings (subject to no-show verification later). In other words, each accepted paper in the main conference must be covered by an Author Registration by April 25. Papers that are not registered by April 25 will be withdrawn.
- Authors of workshop, grand challenge (GC), and demo papers must register with an Author Registration by May 30 for their paper to be included in the proceedings (subject to no-show verification later). Each accepted workshop, GC, or demo paper must be covered by an Author Registration by May 30.
- Registrations not covering a paper (Non-Author Registration) can still be made at the Advanced Registration rate until May 30. From May 30 onward, all registrations will be at the standard Non-Author Registration rate and will not be able to cover any papers in any track. Authors planning to attend who are not covering a paper should select Non-Author Registration.
- The registration fee for covering a paper — whether for the main conference, a workshop, GC, or a demo — will be the same.
