Will there be any online participation for ICME 2025? 

There will be no online presentation or online participation for ICME 2025. In order to have your work published, at least one author of an accepted paper must register, submit the final version by the deadline in the required format, and present it in person at the conference. In rare cases, the Technical Program Committee may approve a proxy presenter. For more information on the Qualified Presenter Policy, please see our conference policies page.

How many papers does an Author Full Conference Registration cover?

Author Full Conference Registration may cover up to (2) papers maximum. This includes main conference, workshop, demo, and grand challenge papers. The registrant must appear in the author list for any papers they intend to cover. All papers must be presented in person.

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Author Full Conference registration by 25 April 2025.

If you need to cover more than two papers, another co-author must register OR you must pay the equivalent of another full conference registration fee. If you are already registered, please do not register again. For more information or assistance adding another registration fee to your existing registration, please contact the ICME 2025 Registration Manager (kmanning@conferencecatalysts.com). 

What is included in a Full Conference Registration?

All Full Conference Registrations include access to:

  • All Tutorials, Workshops, Grand Challenges, and Technical Sessions for all days of the conference. 
  • Exhibits
  • Electronic Proceedings
  • Daily Coffee Breaks & Refreshments
  • Conference Welcome Reception on Monday, June 30

All Single Day Registrations include access to:

  • All Tutorials, Workshops, Grand Challenges, and Technical Sessions for the selected day of the conference (Workshops and Tutorials only available on Monday and Friday)
  • Coffee Breaks & Refreshments on the selected day of the conference
  • Exhibits
  • Electronic Proceedings

Not included in any registration:

  • Lunches
  • Banquet Ticket

How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?

A link to download your invitation letter will be provided in your Registration Confirmation email. An invitation letter will only be issued after you have registered and payment has been received. Registration is required to receive an invitation letter. We are unable to issue invitation letters to any individuals who are not registered for the conference. 

When does Author Registration / Advance Registration pricing end?

April 25, 2025.

I am receiving a payment error when I attempt to register. How do I pay?

Please contact your banking institution to verify all is in order for the payment and they have not blocked the payment for some reason. Please also verify all card details including your billing address is accurate. If you continue to have a Payment Error issue, the options are as follows: 

  • Pay via Wire Transfer ($25 Fee)
  • The Registration Manager can attempt a payment on your behalf. This requires the completion of a credit card authorization form which will be emailed to you. Please contact the Registration Manager if you would like to receive a credit card authorization form. 

Can I pay in my local currency?

All payments must be made in USD to ensure that the full amount is received.

Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?

A link to download your receipt will be provided in your Registration Confirmation email. If you have not received your Registration Confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.
